Structure and Characteristics

The waste incinerator uses the most advanced incineration mode of today which is high-temperature jet-air cyclone combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment. The combustion room of this incinerator is designed to use gasifying incineration technology to increase the temperature in the incinerator from 200ºCC to 400ºC, so the wastes will not produce fruits, slag blocks and sinters during incineration. Compared with the direct incinerator and other incinerators, the gasifying incinerator produces very little powder and is equipped with secondary incineration burner and circular air supply device in the secondary mixing incineration room. At the high temperature, the combustible gas in the fume burns sufficiently to fully mix and burn the gas produced by the gasifying incinerator and the air efficiently and to prevent the carbonic materials in the flame from evolution and late burning. When entering into the high-temperature burnout room, and at the same time, the swirling gas flow can be used to remove dust in the flue gas. The incinerating flue gas stays for more than 2 seconds in purifier to absorb the hydrogen chloride and oxysulfide produced during incineration. The odour in the flue gas is decomposed at high temperature. The flue gas purifier is equipped with filter brick to make neutralization with acid gas to realize the absorption of acid gas and purification of off-gas so that the toxic components in the flue gas is controlled within the limits specified in Dangerous wastes incineration pollution control standard (GB184842001) and other standards.

The operation of the incinerator is automatically controlled by the program to reduce the labour of workers. The entrance and the ash discharge door of the incinerator are designed in a fully sealed structure with mother-son opening. During incineration, the inside and the outside of the incinerator are completely isolated to form the negative pressure for combustion so as to eliminate the secondary pollution. Its unique advantages are more obvious when it is used in the treatment of infective dangerous medical wastes.
