DOMESTIC WASTE INCINERATOR INTRODUCTIONThe domestic waste incinerator is an equipment to incinerate the domestic wastes. The wastes burn in the furnace and become waste gas to enter into the second combustion room; when using the retort pyrolysis gasification technology to treat the domestic wastes, the wastes have chemical reaction under the temperature and the steam in the furnace and are sufficiently carbonized and finally generate combustible gas CO. The whole reaction process finishes in the anaerobic environment so as to efficiently avoid the condition and environment of producing heavy metal. The most important objective of the domestic waste incinerator is to incinerate the wastes as most as possible so that the burned materials become harmless and minimized, to minimize the production of new pollutants and to avoid the second pollution.The domestic waste incinerator integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash removal, dedusting and automatic control. It uses high and new technologies such as high temperature combustion, second oxygenation and automatic slag discharge to meet the requirement of emission control.The domestic waste incinerator is composed by four systems: waste pretreatment system, incinerating system, fume biochemical dedusting system and coal gas generator (auxiliary ignition incineration).
