DCG Sewage Reuse Treatment Equipment

Introduction:

After adjustment of water quality and quantity, the sewage enters into the biological aerobic treatment tank. The dissolved oxygen of high concentration and the excellent biological Fiora contact and react with organic pollutants to reduce and remove/ them and degrade ammonia and nitrogen to CO2 and water. The aerobic tank is normally a contact oxidation tank which has advantages of good effect and less remained sludge. Other forms of the aerobic tank can be used according to circumstances, for example, activated sludge process, SBR, biological filter tank, etc

The sedimentation tank is mainly used to settle the output water of oxidation tank and to remove the zoogloea, suspended solids and gum impurities. So the sedimentation tank is designed with reasonable parameters to improve the settling effect. The sterilizer(for example, a chlorine dioxide generator) adds disinfectant into the water to kill all kinds of bacteria in the water.

After above-mentioned biological processes, most of the pollutants including COD, BOD and SS in the sewage have been removed so that the output water has reached the reuse standard. The water shall be filtered with precision. Use the precision filter for filtration or evenly arrange many filter elements in the sedimentation tank and connect them together with the water absorption tube of the water pump. The water pump absorbs the clarified liquid in the sedimentation tank into the clarified water tank and finishes the precision filtration at the same time to thoroughly remove the impurities in the water. The conform water is stocked in the clarified water tank for multiple usages.

The electric control system controls the automatic operation of the whole treatment system
