BQS UNDERWATER AERATOR
INTRODUCTIONThe underwater aerator is a new type of efficient aeration mode developed on the basis of jetaeration. It is composed by submersible pump andjet device. The high-speed water flow sprayed bythe submersible pump is sprayed from the nozzle ofthe jet device to form a vacuum in the suction chamber. Under the pressure difference, the air passes by the air pipe and enters into the jet devicefrom above. Then it is carried by the high speed turbulent to mix with the water flow violently. The airis crushed into micro bubbles to form an even air-water emulsion. The air-water emulsion is sprayed out from the jet device to form a violent turbulent in the tank, then a lot of oxygen enters into the tank together with water flow.MAIN CHARACTERISTICSAs the underwater aerator mixes part of the water in the tank with the air in the jet device in advance, it offers a very good condition for oxygenation andoxygen transfer. To prevent the quality problem of the equipment due to non-conform quality of the submersible pump, the imported efficientsubmersible sewage pump is specifially selected as the working pump. All this gives the following advantages to BQS underwater aerator:1.Strong oxygenation ability, low energy consumption in oxygen supply (compared with domestic pump, the imported pump's flow rate is 30%-40%higher under equivalent pressure);2. Complete mixing of sewage and sludge, even distribution of oxygen in the mixed liquid;3. High speed turbulent, high flow speed to prevent the sludge from settling;4. Automatic suction, no need for any air blower to provide compressed air, no noise;5. No need for blower room and air pipe, lower capital investment than other modes of aeration;6.
