This treatment system designs and combines more reasonably the mixing, reaction, sedimentation, filtration and filter material backwash systems. It is applicable to the rapid purification of industrial wastewater with a lot of suspended solids, for example, slime water of coal mine, sewage lies the closed circulation of industrial water, collects precious raw materials and gain remarkable social and economic benefits in environmental pollution and water saving.Application:
Treatment of coal-washing water, mine water, mineral separation waste water and chemical sewage
Equipment Characteristic:
1. It can treat the coal-washing wastewater of high turbidity less than 4000mg/L (up to 6000mg/L within a short time). The water quality after treatment can reach 10mg/L

Technical Principl and Structure
The key treatment part of this equipment is designed on the basis of layer separation theory and delayed reaction theory. A single treatment unit can realize at the same time the chemical cohesion reaction, biochemical decomposition and sedimentation to reach the sewage emission standard, then the filtration and absorption with filter bed will make the water quality reach the reuse standard. In a single process, the water head of only one water pump is used to meet the hydraulic condition of each work point. It has advantages such as low operation cost, easy managemeent, smaller indensity and good effect of back wash.
The sewage is absorbed by the pump from the coal-water adjusting basin into the variable speed coagulation reactor to generate a physical and chemical reaction and a series of biochemical reaction in hydraulic condition. The condensed water enters into the layer separation zone and according to the variation of flow speed.
the sewage is subject to biochemical decomposition and sedimentation. Conform after preliminary treatment, the water enters into the filter tank. When passing the filter bed with OTB activated filter material, the water is subject to further absorption, screening and oxidation removal to reach the objective of water purification for use.
(I)Coal-water adjusting basin (concrete basin prepared by the user)
According to the characteristics of treated water, it is designed in a step flow structure. The sewage normally stays in the basin for 6-8 hour
(II)MSC coal-bearing waste water treatment
After treatment in MSC coal-bearing wastewater equipment, variable speed coagulation, layer separation and filtration, the original water shall have turbidity less than 10mg/L, The coagulation and flocculation liquors are supplied by dosing equipment and added from the pipe mixer to the variable speed action part of MSC equipment. MSC equipment is composed of five parts:
1)variable speed coagulation reaction part:
2)layer separation zone
3)sludge-water separation zone;
4) Upper clarification zone;
5) the filtration part.
In the sludge-water separation zone, the sludge is drained with hydrostatic pressure. The functions of this zone include increasing the concentration of drained sludge, extending the sludge draining period and saving water used for sludge draining in order to save energy. In the upper clarification zone, the water contains some sheets condensed by suspended solids. The cohesive gum particles, not removable sedimentation will pass by the filter layer in the filter tank so that the filtered water can reach the output requirement.
MSC equipment is the core of the water treatment system. The equipment is designed and mabufactured strictly according to the layer separation theory and delayed reaction mode. The whole process of chemical cohesion reaction and sedimentation is realized in a single equipment. The main equipment is composed by speed variation component, layer separation device, a sludge-water separation device and filter device

1.Dosing equipment
The dosing equipment is in charge of distribution and supply of necessary liquors in the system. It is composed by the stiming device, liquor uring pump. The stirring shaft is made of stainless steel. The liquor tank is made of A 3 line with rubber or stainless steel. The pipeline is made of ABS
2. Pipe mixer
In the pipe, mixer are installed a forward component, a backward component and a dosing port. The liquors transported from the dosing equipment and the sewage pumped by the sewage pump are fully mixed in the mixer. The mixing effect can reach 99%
3.Vacuum scuttlebutt
It is applicable to the automatic irrigation by the water pump of the ground pump house. It is installed on the water admission pipe before the water pump. It saves the vacuum pump or other modes of vacuum equipment and power and the bottom valve which has a big loss of water head.
