ALB ANAEROBIC FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR
INTRODUCTION
It is applicable to the treatment of organic waste water of different concentration from food processing, slaughter, leather processing, rubbish leachate of refuse landill, brewing and monosodium glutamate production. The anaerobic fluidized bed is an efficient biomembrane treatment method. It uses specially developed substance with large surface area as the carrier. The anaerobic microorganism is attached to the surface of the carrier in form of biomembrane and forms acertain height of granulate sludge bed in the sludge tank so as to greatly improve the organic degradation efficiency.
The waste water is pumped continuously or in pulse mode into the sludge bed zone in the internal cylinder through the water distribution system to get asufficient contact and reaction with anaerobic sludge and biomembrane on the carrier. Meanwhile, the special axial flow pump refilux dirt pump of the reactor helps the sewage and the sludge circulate in the gap between internal cylinder and external cylinder to increase the degree of reaction and the duration of contact so that they are fluidized.
The organics are decomposed by anaerobic microorganism and generate methane, liquid, gas and solid which form a mixingliouid The mixing liquid rises to the three phase separator on the top of the reactor to well separate the three states. The above-mentioned process cantransform 80% of the organics into methane.
