CONCENTRATED ORGANIC SEWAGE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT --- FDB FENTON REACTOR
INTRODUCTION
The Fenton reactor, also known as the Fenton fluidized bed reactor and the Fenton reaction tower, is the necessary equipment for the advanced oxidation of wastewater by the Fenton reaction. Based on the traditional Fenton reaction tower, our company has developed a patented Fenton fluidized bed reactor. The equipment uses a fluidized bed method to make the Fe* produced by the Fenton method mostly adhere to crystals or precipitates.
The surface of the fluidized bed Fenton carrier can greatly reduce the amount of chemical sludge produced by the traditional Fenton method (the amount of H2O2 added is reduced by 10% to 20%, the amount of Fe2* is reduced by 50% to 70%, and the amount of sludge is reduced. Reduced by 40%~50%), the iron oxide formed on the surface of the carrier has heterogeneous catalytic effect, and the fluidized bed technology also promotes the chemical oxidation reaction rate and mass transfer effect, effectively increasing the COD removal rate by 10%~ 20%, processing operating costs savings of 30% to 50%.
APPLICATION
The Fenton reactor has a large scope of application in removing organic pollutants difficult to degrade, such as treatment of waste water of textile printing, oily wastewater, phenolic waste water, coking waste water, waste water containing nitrobenzene, waste water containing diphenylamine. As an advanced waste water treatment technology, Fenton method uses the chain reaction between Fe2* and H2O2to catalyze them into the hydroxyI radical (.OH) with high oxidability which canoxidize all kinds of toxic organic compounds difficult to degrade.
In the treatment of waste water of high concentration and difficult to degrade by biological means, it canbe used as biological pretreatment to improve the water quality, improve the biodegradability of the waste water so as to create favorable conditions for subsequent deep treatment. It's especially applicable to the deep treatment of organic waste water difficult to degrade by biological means or difficult to oxidize byordinary chemical means such as rubbish leachate.
